The Pharmaceutical company’s Group General Manager People & Culture along with direct leaders, used a Joyous campaign to talk to all 750 of their employees. Their goal: to understand and improve three key aspects of their current employee benefits package.
First, if the current benefits are viewed as competitive by employees. Second, if any of the current benefits needed to be changed or updated. Third, if there are any additional benefits missing that employees would like to see offered.
